Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had big and reasonably clean rooms, but unfortunately, they were cleaned with a broom instead of a vacuum cleaner, and there was mold despite my explicit request for a mold-free room. The location was convenient, especially for skiing enthusiasts, situated close to the Mechi Chal ski run. The dining experience needed improvement, as the timing was slightly off for chairlift schedules. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
Despite the room being dirty and moldy upon our arrival, the room size was decent and relatively clean overall. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location, while perfect for skiing activities, had some drawbacks in terms of facilities. The dining experience did not live up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
The hotel is a great pick if you value peace and quiet but expect a bit more in terms of service and dining. The rooms were spacious, clean, and catered to our needs; however, a little more attention to service details would have made it perfect. The location is convenient for skiing, but dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
The hotel had big and warm rooms, but unfortunately, mine was dirty and moldy, despite my explicit request for no mold. The service was really friendly but seemed understaffed. The location is convenient if you're into skiing. The dining experience was not up to par for a 4-star hotel.
The hotel's location is great for skiing, but the rooms were disappointingly dirty and moldy despite explicit requests for cleanliness. The service was helpful and polite, although the cleaning method using a broom was not ideal. The dining options lacked fresh fruit and the timing was inconvenient, yet the facilities were satisfactory.
